JubiRev – New Comp Plan Update Tonight and Other Industry News

Greetings, Today I have a couple fast updates including JubiRev – New comp plan update tonight as well as news regarding programs found in our passive income portfolio. The demise of Liberty Reserve plays a substantial role in today’s news as another program bites the dust because of it, as well as the lengths MTV will be going to in order to help members transfer deposits made using LR to another e-currancy. Passive Income Program Updates

Greetings, Just a few updates today with some of the Passive Income Program found in out portfolio. I still haven’t joined anything new lately as I wanted to wait and see what a world without Liberty Reserve had in store for us. Surprisingly, I have seen quite a few new programs starting up already, but as I said in an earlier post, I was going to lay low for a bit to see how things went sans LR.

We’ll start off with one of the current stars of the Passive income program shows: Continue reading Passive Income Program Updates

Liberty Reserve Down – Gone for Good?

Greetings, and a Happy Memorial Day weekend to those of you in the States and Happy Weekend to the rest of you!

As you have probably heard, payment processor Liberty Reserve has most likely closed down and possibly gone for good after the owner was arrested in Spain on suspicion of money laundering by a joint task force  consisting of  US and Costa Rican authorities. Here is an article from one of the biggie Costa Rican newspapers HERE

Liberty Reserve, gone, downI hope none of you had too much money tied up with LR, or that any of the programs you are currently in are affected by this situation. Thankfully, I’ve never liked or used LR that much, so I only have a few hundred at risk. However, I know it is/was quite popular and no one knows for certain the effect this will have on current or near-future programs.

That brings me to the main point of this post: Continue reading Liberty Reserve Down – Gone for Good?

Solid Trust Pay – Debit Card and US Regulations Compliancy

Greetings, looks like SolidTrustPay was able to hammer out a deal getting them fully compliant with US banking regulations as well as offering a new MasterCard debit card, but first I have the latest cycling stats from Unstoppable Whirlwind:

Unstoppable Whirlwind – Still cycling along as well as looking forward to the coming announcement regarding the newest addition to this passive income program: The Doppler. Still no idea what that is all about yet, possibly some sort of feeder perhaps? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see as it’s the weekend and I don’t feel like pestering my sponsor to find out. I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.

The most recent matrix created I can find is #719578 as of 1pm EST:

Solid Trust Pay – I guess I take back everything bad I said about STP the other day. Looks like they are now fully compliant with the US banking regulations and are now offering a MasterCard debit card as well. Great news, I hated the sound of the 1099 payroll card and this sounds as though the locking out of members’ accounts in certain states are a thing of the past.

The following is taken from their forum:

On a more positive note, SolidTrust is now fully compliant with
the USA regulations requiring full licensing.  We have partnered
with a chartered bank in the states and are therefore under their
licensing, which is fully allowed under federal law.

We have also just launched a new USA domestic MasterCard
yesterday as well.  Great timing for the site to disappear.

Again, on behalf of myself and all the staff at STPay, our
sincere apologies for the insanity.  If you could alleviate the
panic amongst your members that we are certain this has created,
that would be of great benefit to everyone.

Hopefully Solid Trust Pay can just get their server issues straightened out and then they can get back to being my all-time favorite processor again.

Wealth4all Team – Accepting Solid Trust Pay

Greetings, Wealth4all will continue accepting SolidTrustPay which is wonderful news, but with a fair to everyone  stipulation, but first I have the latest cycling stats from Unstoppable Whirlwind:

Unstoppable Whirlwind – Everything on the site is now fully functional, and the cycler is running 24/7. Looks like the server time is now the same as EST which makes things a bit easier for me to track. Looks like the first subs I bought on launch day come out at around 5 am.

I read in the Skype room that the cron job will be running 500 subs and 500 repurchases every 10 minutes, and the most recent matrix created I can find is # 635856 as of 12pm EST:

Wealt4AllTeamLooks like the W4a’s STP account was getting out of whack so after teaming up for a solution with Ipayout, W4a will continue accepting STP with one stipulation, however I feel one that is fair to all the members.

The update said the disparity between deposits and withdrawals were getting so out of control and unmanageable (to the tune of something like 5or 6 to one!) that they needed to do something fast.

So as of I believe the beginning of July, those making deposits into their ewallet’s via Solid Trust Pay are now required to withdraw using STP the amount of their initial deposit before the other withdrawal options become available to them. In other words, If you deposit $1000 via STP, when you decide to withdraw funds, you must first withdraw $1000 to SolidTrustPay before you can use the other options such as credit card, bank ACH, wire etc.

No biggie, as most programs will make you withdraw to whichever processor you deposited with anyway. I have a feeling many people were using iPayout as a low fee exchanger to get money from STP straight into either their bank accounts or onto their credit cards via their iPayout accounts, without even bothering to deposit any into W4a.

Solid Trust Pay – USA Licensing Solution Released

SolidTrustPay – I read the latest update from this processor yesterday and not sure what to make of it. People in the forums are jumping for joy, but I’m not at all liking the sound of this – It looks ominously Big Brother-ish to me.   I’m happy that people in Arkansas, North Dakota and Virginia will have access to their funds again, but the update really wasn’t clear whether this new “solution” was going to be mandatory for members in all states.

It seems STP will be issuing a “1099 payroll card” to its US members, which will apparently keep track of whom you receive funds from. The update states that “If you choose to have those paid directly to a qualified 1099 Payroll Card, then no licensing on behalf of the entity sending you the funds is required”. I’m not sure, but I read it as STP is getting around the US regulations by 1099-ing us when we receive funds?  This is scary.

1099? What? For receiving funds into my Solid Trust Pay account? Who is it I wonder that will have the job of deciding which money I receive count as “income” and getting a 1099 for it, or what counts toward something else I might be getting money from. Is it really any of their business? It sounds as though it really doesn’t matter where the funds come from, you are going to be 1099’d no matter what, argue about it with the tax man later.

Am I way off base here? I really hope I read it wrong or something. Anyway, here is the update:

SolidTrust Pay will begin its two-part solution to fulfilling the required USA licensing for money services businesses as of July 10, 2012.  The two parts are:

1. introducing a Payroll Card to all USA members (effective immediately – available in your members area by Thursday, July 12). A payroll payment is not considered a money transfer in that you, the member, have the right to receive your commissions, earnings and bonuses from self employment.  If you choose to have those paid directly to a qualified 1099 Payroll Card, then no licensing on behalf of the entity sending you the funds is required.  Our card will be much more than just a simple payroll mechanism; it comes with cash back rewards, health & prescription discounts, restaurant, furniture and online mall discounts and much more!  You will be able to hook it to your PayPal account and bank account directly!  The card will be FREE for members in Arkansas, Virginia and North Dakota (who have no funds left in their accounts and cannot deposit into them).  Members in these states will have access to the Withdraw Money area and can receive payments from companies again starting tomorrow, July 10. The payroll card will be available to members in all other states for the mere cost of $16.  Watch for it in your MY BANKS & CARDS area on Thursday!

2. sponsorship by a US chartered bank.  We have almost finalized the negotiations to be fully sponsored by a US bank.  When this happens, we will be instantly 100% compliant as their licensing will flow over to us.  Until the ink is dry, though, we are not counting on it, but we have verbal agreements in place and all paperwork has been provided.

We are sure there are many questions and we may not have all the answers yet, but did want all interested members to have the most recent information.

Yikes… How is Payza looking these days?

Unstoppable Whirlwind – Current Cycle Times

Unstoppable Whirlwind – Today I have the latest cycle times for UW. It’s been a couple of days since I updated my site, but UW looks to have created another 100,000 matrices or so since I last did. That would work out to roughly 25% new matrices created PER DAY over the past few days. I don’t know if that much growth can be sustained if the future, but I certainly hope so. While it’s a bit of a drag that 25% of the cycle money goes towards repurchase, I must admit the increased cycling is readily apparent. This passive income program is definitely quite a bit bigger now than I expected, and we’re not even two weeks in!

Got my very first level 4 cycle last night which I wasn’t really expecting for another day so that was a nice surprise. The past two days I was cycling between 50 and 70% of what I needed for my daily subs, but now that I’ve made it to level 5, I figure I’m past the break-even point for good.

Latest Cycle Stats: The most recent I can find is from MMG taken at 11:59 am EST, so that’s what we’ll go with for today.

SolidTrustPay – I read yesterday on the Solid Trust Pay forum the following: (actually, I read it first on another blog, but I followed up by seeing for myself at their forum… It checks out)

Looks like STP members residing in those affected by the new US regulations might have reason to celebrate.

We have an important update on the USA regulations that we will post on Monday, July 9 by end of business day.

Suffice it to say that members in Arkansas, North Dakota and Virginia will be able to withdraw funds again.

Stay tuned for this great news !
